Event Design and Styling
We will work with you to design your big day from start to finish on the design. This package is ideal for clients who need a guide to help create an overall vision or "brand" for their event. In our initial consultation meeting we will discuss all of your needs, wants, and dreams. Then we will work with you to create a style guide that evokes the perfect feeling for your day. We will use this as a tool throughout the rest of our design process. We assist in vendor referrals and selection to make sure you have a team that understands the vision and fits well with your personality. Once your team of vendors is in place, we attend floral and rental meetings, collaborate with your venue coordinator on floor plans and guest experience. We source all decor and store it until your event. We are on site the day of your event for all deliveries, setup and breakdown, as well as oversee that all details are set to design standard. Design Collaboration and Day of Design
You have a plan and a vision. And we make sure it come together seamlessly. After an initial meeting to discuss your vision, we play a supportive role as you source all the pieces and book the vendors that will make your event memorable. A week before the event we step in and help in the organization and design to make sure that every last detail takes shapes, just as you planned, and help setup the event.

Day of Design and Styling
Event Coordination
We are on site the day of event to set up and style your decor elements, and create custom installations on-site for escort card displays, guest book, welcome stations, gift table, cake table and more. With a site plan in hand, we will work with venue staff for proper room setup and table placement and then work on styling and other small details, making sure that everything is set to the highest standard with no detail left unnoticed. This service frees you up to enjoy your day with your family and friends. We stay on-site until everything is in place and return at the end of the event or the following day for breakdown and pickup.
